Baked Yam Chips

6 organic yams or sweet potatoes 1 tablespoon cinnamon
1⁄2 cup olive oil

1. Slice yams or sweet potatoes into thin slices
2. Place on oiled cookie trays and drizzle with olive oil
3. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cooked and a little crunchy
5. Cool, store, and serve
