Allergy Free Muffins

1 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup oat bran
1 cup millet flour
1 cup goat’s milk
¼ cup water

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients separately. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Spoon mixture into oiled muffin tins. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
